Introduction to Our Sales Process

Here are some process knowledge for you!

When Requesting a Quote please follow these steps.

  1. Sent your email with full proposer details including Current Schedule(If available), Loss ratio/Claims and any additional supporting documents.
  2. Ensure you use your email subject wisely, by indicating if it is urgent or not.
  3. We will, once all required information has been gathered. Request quotes at relevant Insurer Companies.
  4. The Client wants to Accept the Quote? Great!
  5. A request will then be made to the Personal lines underwriters to issue the policy.

Remember that we do need the following documents to proceed

  • Full proposal
  • Record of Advice
  • Debit order Form
  • Consent to collect fee
